Repair your Hiking boots and save money

I originally found B&H Shoe Repair while looking for a place to take my father’s Tony Lama boots for new soles. B&H Shoe Repair was able to do exactly what Dad wanted, so through the past decade, we continued to take his boots there for maintenance and repair. Once I discovered his shop, I realized that we could repair many of our higher quality boots and shoes, rather than tossing them out because of simple issues.

Recently, my son had an issue with a really nice pair of Scarpa hiking boots. In the spirit of boys, our son is always rough on footwear, even though they are good quality boots! The heel section on one of his boots seperated from the top of the boot. I almost just tossed them in the trash, but I thought it was a shame to toss such a comfortable, loved pair of water resistant boots. Instead, we took them to B&H Shoe Repair and had them back within a week. (They were probably completed sooner than that, but that’s when we made time to pick them up.) The sole has been attached and sealed, and they look good as new! My son is extremely happy having his favorite boots back, and I’m happy I didn’t have to purchase an expensive new pair!
